Welcome to the website of Halla Gunnarsdóttir

I am educated as a teacher and hold an MA in international relations. I started my career as a journalist and have taken on various jobs. I have been politically involved and I am currently active within the Icelandic labour movement. I am passionate about designing and implementing policies that make the world a better place and I have, not always intentionally, developed a detailed understanding of subjects ranging from football training to new economics. This website serves as a platform for my thoughts and writings, much of which is in Icelandic but in English as well.
